Dumb Skunk Law


Don't move to Tennessee if you are really into skunks. Why? Well, because this dumb skunk law makes associating with skunks in a certain way a crime.


"In Tennessee, no person may import or possess any type of live skunk, or to sell, barter, exchange any live skunk, except bona fide zoological parks."


Yeah we can just see it now: 'Aw man, I totally left my cash at home. Luckily I have this skunk to trade - What? You don't accept skunks? Where am I, Tennessee?? Oh. Oops.'

Dumb skunk law...who would ever try to trade a live skunk?
